Here are some common questions.....

What is a "HUD" house?  This is basically a house that had a loan on it that was guaranteed to the lending bank by the federal bank.  So, when the bank foreclosed on it, the government took it back. 

What is a "bank foreclosure"?  This is house that was NOT guaranteed by the federal government so the bank is selling it themselves.

Because bank foreclosures and HUD houses are different, you will need to make sure you click on both tabs at the top of the menu bar.  One tab is for the HUD houses and one is for the bank foreclosures.
